This week was a great week for me! Although I was only down .5 pounds, I was down a lot more earlier in the week, and I started back on Jillian's 30 Day Shred (which I'm positive made me regain a little bit). I ran a whole bunch, and I'm really finding myself enjoying exercising a lot more than I ever would have imagined.
Overall, I'm down 5 pounds. That's .31% this week and 3.35% overall.
If I could keep consistent with Jillian I'm thinking I wouldn't see such fluctuation. My goal for next week is to keep doing more of the same with even more Jillian mixed in.
But the biggest achievement so far? My boyfriend told me he can tell I've lost some weight!
