Sushi, Baubles, and a Mental and Physical Health Day

This weekend was amazing! Last weekend I said I enjoyed being at home to get things done, but after one whole weekend of that it's nice to have a weekend to get out of the house and have some fun! And this weekend I definitely did.

Tim was off on Friday and Saturday (which is a rarity), so we did all kinds of wedding and errand stuff!

Friday we got our marriage license! It's real! It's happening.
Then we went to lunch together and went clothes shopping for Tim for the honeymoon
(as a sidenote I would just like to note that he would have a fit before shopping with me for two hours, but I sat by patiently as he tried on what felt like every pair of board shorts available in the two stores we went to. That's some points right there for me).
Then, I got home, and my baubles from Shanna's Bauble Swap that Molly sent were awaiting me!

They are perfect! She took inspiration from the necklace I told her is my favorite necklace. It has those clover shapes all around the necklace, so it's just enough to be inspired without being matchy matchy! I love them.

Then for dinner we headed out with some friends for dollar sushi and sake sangria (my favorite). I didn't take any pictures at the restaurant, because we were too busy chowing down, but I had taken a mirror photo before we left. I wore my new BaubleBar necklace I wrote about on Friday.
Saturday was a day of working out, housework, making a new salad recipe, grocery shopping, and getting ready for Sunday. I painted my nails, my rehearsal dinner earrings came, and I got a lot done around the house.
Sunday was the BEST day in a long time! Here's what I did:
Caroline of the Tampa Bay Lady Bloggers had posted about an opportunity with Chevrolet a few weeks ago and said to email a certain email address and that the first 20 or so people would be able to have this awesome day of fun activities. So on Sunday I spent my day with 19 other healthy living and lifestyle bloggers working out, eating healthy food, taking pictures, and painting! It was the very best! I can't possibly recap it fairly here, so I'm going to post a whole recap tomorrow with tons of pictures!

But in short, we got to drive 2013 Chevrolet Eco cars around Tampa while Chevy treated us to lunch, workouts with a Personal Trainer, and a day of painting! What a mentally and physically uplifting day!

It seems like you have a very busy day. Yoga in the park is quite effective and good for your body. I love yoga.

First of all, congratulations on your engagement and I wish you all the best on your marriage.

The bracelets are very nice. I had the same necklace like yours but mine is in pearl white and I gave it to my best friend who moved on a different state. Kinda like a remembrance of our friendship.

Absolutely beautiful oasis, a place of tranquility and relaxation but with lots to do if you choose.

Ooh, I love those pretty nails and earrings! Just had my nails done red yesterday. Tired of researching about world medicine, I had a nice swim and self pampering.
