As our big day draws near, I have to say that I really have enjoyed so many elements of the planning process. One of my favorites, though, has been buying bridesmaids gifts. Every one of my bridesmaids really went over the top in making me feel special: Blair and her parents had a cocktail party/couple's shower for us in Chattanooga, Kacey had a shower for me down here in Tampa, Raequel threw a surprise shower at work after school one day that I literally had no idea about (that I haven't recapped because I didn't get any pictures...but I will go back and do that), and Kim organized an amazing bachelorette party in Las Vegas. So it has been really important to me to pick out things that I know they'll love.

I gave my Bridesmaids a monogrammed tote filled with goodies! I love the personalized touch(I did the tank tops for day of, cute slippers to wear while getting ready, jewelry for the day and a bunch of cute other little items I thought they would enjoy) :-) My sister did personalized wine glasses for each of us and I LOVED that idea too!
I love the idea of the robes. I've pretty much only ever been given jewelry or a clutch, both for use on the wedding day. I want to give my girls something they can use after that. Thanks for these ideas! :)

I think atleast one personalized bridesmaid gift is key! I've started to make a list in my phone about gift ideas and I can't wait to share them! :) I've received two of the gifts in your collage - a bridesmaid tank top that we wore while we were all getting ready for the wedding & the waffle robe!

Love those robes! That would make for a cute picture! I got a part time job at Macy's before the wedding to help pay for everything and I got a killer deal on Kate Spade handbags so I picked those for the girls. I've only been in 2 wedding and both times the bride got everyone their wedding day jewelry.
These are great ideas! I love the jewelry dish! I gave my girls a fun pair of heels and sandals for the wedding and reception, but these ideas are so much fun and can be used after the wedding!

Last summer I was in my best friend's wedding. Her bridesmaids gifts were wonderful.
She gave us a monogrammed bag with our names on it, a little motorized fan, lipgloss and pink flowered sandals.
Let me tell you, the fans and the flipflops were life savers! It was in Nashville and it was so hot! Our shoes were kind of painful so the sandals were perfect too.
I'm sure your girls will love their gifts.

I always appreciate gifts I can use over and over again - a necklace, a robe, etc. I've also received spa gift cards and wine and I think that might have been my favorite:)

Those are all really great gifts! I gave my girls a few similar things that you posted but ran out of moola for robes like that, and I found some cute ones and was soooo bummed that I couldn't buy. I can't wait to see wedding PHOTOS!

I made my BMs and MOH shoe bags where i'm putting flip flops so they can change after dancing all night :-) I also bought them these cute personalized hangers with their names and my wedding date from etsy (the seller is http://www.etsy.com/people/delovelydetails). Got them earrings clutches and planning on getting something else....maybe personalized pashminas since my wedding is in October and it gets a little chilly!

My daughter is getting married in Sept. She wants to give her bridesmaids a white long shirt monogrammed that they can wear getting their hair and makeup done. Any ideas where she can get this?? They have all been in so many weddings and have SO MANY monogrammed robes.

I'm getting married in December of this year (2013) but I've already gotten some of the gifts for my girls :). I want them to be able to use them after the wedding, so I'm making sure that none of the items say their last names or "Bridesmaid" on them! So far, I've gotten monogrammed cosmetic bags in different colors for each of the girls, and I've filled them with goodies like chapstick, nail polish and antibacterial. They're super cute, and you can check the out here: www.annameredithloves.com I'm also getting them oversized button down shirts and monogramming them myself (the last commenter asked where to buy them, and if you want them already monogrammed you can get them easily on Etsy) and large tote bags that I'm going to personalize and monogram (first initial only, of course). The tote bag will be really useful on the wedding day so they can bring everything they need, and the shirts and cosmetic bags will fit nicely inside with plenty of room for extra clothes, shoes, etc. After the wedding, they're also helping me take extra food to homeless shelters and flowers to hospitals. I'm excited to be able to give back and have that experience with them!
