It worked out well for me to update my workouts from the week before last, so I'm going to make it a semi-regular thing. Kat, Genna, and I are going to start a linkup in a few weeks where you can post your weekly workouts on Saturdays. We're going to start it after my wedding and honeymoon, so stay tuned for that.
