Tasty! {recipes I instagrammed}

One of my September goals is to menu plan each week, and so far I'm two for two! I've been posting on Instagram as I've been cooking, and people have been requesting recipes, so I wanted to share our favorites. I think I've mentioned it before, but I judge a recipe by whether Tim goes back for seconds. In all of these cases, he has. The titles under the picture link to the recipe.
These were super easy as I bought them at the store already skewered and on sale. It's the sauce that makes them delicious. They're spicy and flavorful and are an easy weeknight meal. I made it with an accompanying black bean, black eyed pea, edamame, and red pepper salad. I just threw it together with salt, vinegar, and Italian dressing. Perfect!
This is a Giada recipe that I saw her cooking one day when I was watching her show. I went straight to the website and saw they had all five star reviews. They were fantastic. They really are crispy like taquitos and are so tasty.
I had seen these on Pinterest a few times, and they seemed easy enough. The recipe made 22. I took them to a football party on Saturday and they all got eaten. Works for me!
I guess this is my recipe. I didn't really use another. I saw mini pizzas and wanted to use my new mini convection oven. Pizza dough was BOGO at the grocery store, so I bought two and froze one. I ripped off small pieces, rolled them out, placed them at the bottom of muffin tins and then topped them with other stuff. I used pineapples, chicken, barbecue sauce, and parmesan cheese (because I didn't have any mozzarella). On some I did pepperoni and cheddar. They were easy. I cooked them on 350* for about 20 minutes. Just keep your eye on them. I used the large muffin tin.
This is so so good. It isn't "healthy", but it isn't terrible. It uses low fat sour cream and low fat cream cheese instead of heavy cream. We ate it for several meals over the course of a few days. We ate every bit.
Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins
We have advisory at school every two weeks, so I made these for my kids for today. I had a bunch leftover and we dug in last night, and they are good. They're from scratch but not too difficult. Mine didn't turn out as orange as the picture on the original blog, but they are yummy. I'm okay with the lacking color.

Those aren't the only meals I've made--they're just the ones I've remembered to take pictures of. Do you like posts like this? I'll post more recipes if you all like it.

In the mean time, what recipe can you recommend? I would love recipes of any kind. I'm always pinning new ones on Pinterest, but I was coming up a bit short today in my menu plan. I try to do new recipes every week. I don't love repeating unless I really like something.

Easier recipe for the pumpkin muffins: 1 box spice cake mix, 1 can pumpkin. Add chocolate chips if you must :) No oil/butter needed. Bake according to the box directions.

Also really yummy and healthy: Can of crushed pineapple and angel food cake mix (I like to make into mini-cakes by using the muffin tin).
