What I Wore Wednesday: Outfit Overload

First of all, thank you so much for all of the sweet comments and tweets in regards to yesterday's post! It was a bit scary for me to post that for some reason, and I appreciated the positive feedback that I got.

In the last few weeks I've been making more of a point of taking pictures of outfits that I put on for work, but I've gotten no better about posting them or taking them with any level of quality camera. As a side note, while I'm thankful for the great quality of the iPhone camera, I have to admit that it does make me lazy in pulling out a real camera for many reasons.

I wore this outfit most recently. It was from yesterday, when it was a chilly 80* most of the day. You would have been shocked by the number of people at school (including me) with light jackets and cardigans on as though we were truly experiencing a fall.

My sweater balanced the capri pants and sandal wedges.
Necklace: F21 (sold out), Sweater: JCrew Factory, Capri Pants: Old JCrew (similar), Shoes: Seychelles Really Old

The next two outfits I wore sometime last week and put back on to photograph on Friday afternoon. It is the same sweater, but I wrote it at least a week prior to when I wore it yesterday, I just liked this outfit a lot because of the colors and wanted to share it. It's not very fall-ish, but I wasn't overly concerned. I thought the leopard print added a little fall touch.
Pencil Skirt: JCrew Factory, Shoes: Steve Madden, Belt: LOFT, Earrings: Stella & Dot

The last outfit was also for work, and I think it may have been missing a belt or cardigan to cinch the waist. I just love the top, though, because of the three solid colors that I really like color-blocked like they are.
top: JCrew Factory, corduroys: LOFT, necklace: Jewelry Nut Auctions
My shoes in this outfit are my favorite kind. They're the non-existent style. I don't remember what I actually wore with the outfit, but when I threw it back on to photograph in my high quality mirror/phone camera method, I skipped the shoes.

My next purchase item is a tripod to take my own better quality outfit pictures so that I can post them more frequently. I enjoy sharing my style, as it also motivates me to put together cute outfits that I'd be proud of sharing.

Happy Hump Day!

Cute! I love both looks - the purple sweater and pencil skirt are adorable together and I also have a weakness for wide-leg jeans :)

I love the purple sweater! I have one just like it! I too need to remember to take pictures of what I wear, and that also requires finding a full length mirror to do so...hmm you've inspired me! Thanks for sharing!

Loving that purple sweater! Also, love the way you wore your leopard loafers. I finally got some, and I'm trying to decide what I want to wear them with.
