Dear Friday, I cannot believe you're finally here. I've been waiting for this Friday in particular for several weeks, and this week has crawled by. I thought it was Friday on Wednesday this week, and yesterday I knew it was. But, it still wasn't. Why is this Friday so exciting?! Spring break starts! Dear Spring Break, starting at 3:20 today, we will be reunited. Every year I feel like this because the week before has been so long. I can't wait to get things done. I'm going to make a "to do" list and actually accomplish it this year. Dear Tim, I know you're going to be jealous of my break, but I'm hoping that one of the days I'm off and you are too we can do something fun and different. Maybe a Disney day? I'm proud of how hard you're working on your classes right now, and I'm impressed with your constant dedication. I do miss you when you're doing school work all the time, though. I'm counting down until you're done with this MBA. Love you!

Dear Target Skirt, I really love you. You're stretchy and flattering, and the color and pattern is so far from my normal spectrum that it looks like I put a lot of thought into my outfit. I need more pieces like you in my life. Dear Pi Day run, I told Kat that my obsession with numbers was going to come to heads with my obsession with training plans yesterday, but Genna suggested I just run Pi backwards. So that's what I did. It just wasn't as fulfilling, but I'll take it.

Dear Google, through a lot of product discontinuations I haven't really cared or been affected, but this whole closing Google Reader thing doesn't make sense to me. I went ahead and imported some blogs into bloglovin', but I can't figure out if that's what I'll use. What are all of you going to turn to?
Dear Nuun, I'm excited about the new cherry limeade flavor since that's one of my favorite beverages, but I'm concerned about the caffeine. Am I going to be wired when I drink a tab or two? Or maybe this is you calling me out on the fact that I drink these things throughout the day instead of just when I'm working out.
Dear Old Navy, This. Thank you. I'll be ordering a dress or two on sale plus 17% off for St. Patrick's day.

Dear Florida Beach Half Marathon, I'm excited for you. I've trained for you. I'm looking for a big PR from you. I'm excited for Sunday, but I'm also nervous to have worked for a scary goal time that I know I'm capable of. I'm going to shoot for a 1:50, but I won't be disappointed with anything below a 1:52. My PR is a 1:57:44 after all. Exciting! Dear HUGE group giveaway for $200+ Lululemon and/or a race entry, Wow! What a success you've been so far! We can't wait to give away this prize, and it's really fun to hear what races people are hoping to enter!
*My questions for you*
Who are your letters to this Friday?
What's the next thing that you're counting down for?
Anything exciting going on for you this weekend?
Did you leave a question yesterday? I'm planning a post of answers next week, and I'd love all the questions I can get!

Ha ha I love your backwards run yesterday, very you ;) I'm really excited for your race and I know that you're going to kick butt you been training really hard and being very dedicated to your plan!
Ugh, our spring break got cut because of Hurricane Sandy - I'm so depressed over not having the week off! I think teachers are definitely more stoked about the break than the students.
Your backwards run is adorable - you're such a teacher! :)
I like your PIE run!
And this weekend is BUSY, but I am hoping to sneak in a 7 mile run on Sunday. But I also have the first soccer game for my kids, watching my niece and nephew, and a family dinner out!
Good luck this weekend! I am so excited for you! I got that email from Old Navy too, I love that stripe dress! I'm running a half marathon this weekend too. They changed the course a little bit and took out a killer hill! I am looking forward to the expo & the race! Also, I'm treating myself to a post race green beer since it St. Patricks afterall!
so many wonderful letters! old navy dresses on super sale?! i am definitely taking advantage of that :D good luck in your race - you're going to kill it!
Good luck on Sunday!!
After I heard yesterday about Reader I am trying out Bloglovin' and Feedly - both on my computer and iPhone. So far I'm already leaning towards feedly (the only downside I can see is that it won't run on internet explorer but its no biggie as I'll switch to firefox or Chrome)
ON dress sale?? Yes please! Thanks for the heads up! I'm super jealous, but I hope you have a great spring break. :)
I love your short, concise letters. They are a fun way of sharing your thoughts. Enjoy your spring break! I always wanted to be a teacher for that particular reason--to always have a spring break even when I was older.
OLD Navy dresses ON SALE??? Ugh! I just bought one LAST Friday and have no way of getting back there. I'm bummed about that.
I've moved my feeds to feedly. It's pretty similar to google reader and it syncs right up. I lost feeds when I imported into bloglovin and then it added feeds I don't read. Weird and a hassle to me.
ahahaha nice run.
You're totally going to PR majorly and I can't wait to see how you do :)
Thanks for the sale heads up. I wish there was an old navy close to me :(
I'm still up in the air over feedly vs bloglovin.... I'm thinking Feedly though.
I'm counting down to make it through Monday! Then I am off for SIX DAYS!
Good luck on Sunday! Just know that worrying isn't going to get you to achieve or fail at your goal, so relax and do your best!! :)
I'm looking forward to getting some dressed from ON this weekend too :) Have a good one!
Good luck on Sunday! I cannot wait to see how you do! You've been doing awesome training lately and I'm sure it will be great!
You're going to rock the half! I can't wait to hear all about it!
Those Old Navy dresses are adorable! I'm so excited for your half- best of luck. And enjoy spring break!
I'm with you on Google Reader. I'm going with Feedly, but nothing seems quite as easy to me as GR....guess it all just takes getting used to?
ANd good luck on the PR! I've been trying to step away from reading about running because it just makes me super sad since I can't now. But wishing you the BEST of luck!
